Yes. Every new sign-up gets the Start plan free for 3 days — no card needed, up to 100 AI answers a day. The trial is given once per account (phone number), not per business in it. If you signed up earlier and have never used a trial, turn it on in your workspace. After the trial, choose a plan: without a plan the agent doesn’t reply to customers.
Can I test the agent before subscribing?
Yes. Set up the knowledge base and check the agent’s answers in the sandbox — no plan is needed for that. The agent replies to customers in your channels during the trial and on a plan.
What if the agent doesn’t know the answer?
It asks a clarifying question or hands the conversation over to a manager. You set the knowledge base and the rules for when a person steps in.
Can I answer a customer myself?
Yes. Take over the conversation in the workspace or the iOS app. While a person is answering, the agent stays silent. Then you can switch it back on.
Which languages does it speak?
Russian, Uzbek — in Latin and Cyrillic — and English. The agent adapts to the customer’s language.
Can I connect WhatsApp already?
Not yet. The official connection via the WhatsApp Business API is in preparation. Instagram, Telegram, Facebook and your website are available now.
