Yes. Every new sign-up gets the Start plan free for 3 days — no card needed, up to 100 AI answers a day. The trial is given once per account (phone number), not per business in it. If you signed up earlier and have never used a trial, turn it on in your workspace. After the trial, choose a plan: without a plan the agent doesn’t reply to customers.

Unused package answers don’t carry over to the next month, while extra answers never expire: they are used after the package and stay until you use them.
Look first at how many answers you need. Channels, CRM and analytics are in both plans, while Business has a bigger package and priority support. If you need more answers than the package includes, you can add them on either plan. For special needs, choose Turnkey.
With yearly billing the subscription is 20% cheaper. Extra answers are charged at cost, with no discount.
Yes. Sign up, set up the knowledge base and check the agent’s answers in the sandbox — no plan is needed for that. The agent replies to customers in your channels during the trial and on a plan.
Team with roles is coming soon: 2 accounts on Start, up to 5 on Business and unlimited on Turnkey. The owner will give every employee a role.
